Structure and Working Principle

Working Principle:
The coated surfaces of the L sheet and K sheet are placed face-to-face. When pressure is applied, microcapsules on the L sheet containing color-developing substances rupture. The released substance reacts chemically with the developer on the corresponding areas of the K sheet, producing a red color.

The degree of microcapsule rupture depends on the magnitude of the applied pressure:

• Higher pressure causes more microcapsules to break, resulting in a higher color density.
• Lower pressure causes fewer microcapsules to break, resulting in a lower color density.
