Pressure sensitive paper, also known as pressure testing sheets, pressure membranes, or pressure test films in the industry, is a membrane material used to precisely measure pressure, pressure distribution, and pressure balance. When pressure is applied, a red-colored area forms on the film, and the intensity of the color changes with the pressure, allowing the measurement of pressure, distribution, and balance. Pressure sensitive paper is widely used in industries such as the automotive sector, LCD displays, semiconductor electronics circuits, mechanical equipment production, and testing fields for pressure measurement and testing purposes. It is considered a consumable material.
Generally, pressure sensitive paper is available in two types: single-sheet and double-sheet models. Various models are further subdivided based on their pressure testing range, including specifications like 5LW, 4LW, LLLW, LW, MW, MS, HS, and HHS.

Double-Sheet Type Pressure Sensitive Paper consists of two layers. The A-film layer contains the base material and satellite color capsules with color developers, while the C-film layer contains the color developer and base material. When pressure is applied, the pressure capsules rupture, and the internal color substances react with the color developer, forming red-colored areas on the film.
This allows for an easy and efficient way to test pressure values and distribution across various applications.
