LLW Pressure Measurement Film – Pressure Reference Chart (2LW Introduction)

Pressure Distribution and Measurement Method

1. Measuring Pressure Distribution with the Film
   The color density on the film changes according to applied pressure: darker red areas indicate higher pressure, while lighter red areas indicate lower pressure. After color development, place the glossy PET surface (K film) facing upward on a white sheet and observe under bright lighting for accurate visualization.
2. Determining Pressure Values Using Standard Pressure–Density Curves
   To measure specific pressure values, compare the developed film with the standard color sample and the pressure–density curve. By taking into account pressing conditions — such as temperature, humidity, and type of load (constant or instantaneous pressure) — you can select the appropriate standard curve to determine the precise pressure value. Observation should be performed with the K film surface facing upward, on a white background, under sufficient light.
